“ All went well.I waited for my car as I live a distance away. Waited 3 1/2 hours for inspection, oil change and to buff out a scratch. Seemed a bit excessive. ”

“ If you are looking to have your toyota serviced, look elsewhere. The techs are led by the service manager Richard. I feel for. I have brought my vehicle in twice now for warranty repairs. The first time they even documented the issue as faulty but did not replace the component. The second and last time around they falsified their findings. The techs working on my vehicle did not receive the correct information so I can't exactly fault the techs for a miss-diagnosis. My vehicle is not able to get up to temperature and maintain the temperature. Richard said this is absolutely a normal occurrence this time of year. If a vehicle can not maintain temperature then it fails emissions standards and no customer would want to wait 30 minutes for their vehicle to warm up. Again, Richard said this is normal. Richard stated that it's all about me and he's absolutely correct. I am the customer and my vehicle and the care it receives is 100% all about me. I'm the customer and Richard and all below him are in the service industry. Over the phone he shared extremely personal information about one of his employees which I felt was so extremely embarrassing for him and the fact that what is told to him in secret is not kept a secret. Richard does not seem to have the customers best intrest in mind nor can he keep a professional manor when confronted. The normal maintenance is what this facility is all about it seems. I diagnosed my issues twice and both times the techs/Richard claimed it's a non issue wasting my time and my view of Toyota. Toyota needs to remove Richard and put someone else more professional and customer facing. The photos attatched are of my most recent issue that Richard multiple times explained is normal. The photos are taken at a 5 minute interval while sitting in park at an idle. This is NOT a normal occurrence for any vehicle brand nor any other vehicle I have owned in years past. This is not a service department I would trust as long as Richard is calling the shots. ”

Owner of Tri County Auto Group, I did "Complete the process" call the BBB or better yet, view the history of the complaint.it was reopened by the BBB due to deceitful actions of jdonaldson offering a little refund & not following through on that offer. I did attempt to speak with supervisors/managers DIRECTLY SEVERAL TIMES, I was IGNORED & lied to by your service manager on more than 1 occasion causing the BBB complaint.I can see where the employees here get their integrity & lack there of. No intention of making a platform. READ YOUR NEGATIVE REVIEWS from the past month and see how they do not contradict each other. Attempting to humiliate me makes you look very narcissistic and makes it obvious that you're trying to deflect who & what the actual problem is to the public & potential new customers. Keep your little refund. It's all about principle. The entire service department's advisors are no longer there because why? It doesn't take a scientist to figure that out. More house cleaning needs to be done there obviously. Enjoy your day. ”

“ When I purchased my Jeep here last year they told me I had Toyota Care as part of my deal. I showed up yesterday for an oil change and they said I don’t have Toyota care and they didn’t even have the car in the database even though I bought it from their dealership. I understand I didn’t purchase a Toyota, but don’t lie to me and say I get Toyota care to try and sell the vehicle and then turn around when I try to use it and say I don’t have it. ”

“ These rip offs. DON'T GO THERE FOR ANYTHING. They falsify documents, do work you don't approve, lie about the parts they install in your vehicle, charge you for "genuine Toyota parts" then refuse to stand behind the warranty because they are not TOYOTA PARTS they said they installed. No right minded person would pay over $500 for a Napa 12 volt battery that goes in a Hybrid vehicle. Thieves is what they are. They have the worst service reputation for a reason. ”

“ Four trips to the dealership for an oil change 1, Did not tighten the oil filter after replacement. leaking oil all over the garage floor. Back to the dealer. 2. Find oil all the floor again, back to the dealer, this time they forgot to replace the oil cap. Dealer held the car over night. 3. Went back to pick the car up I asked the manager to check under the car for any leaks he said we can put on the lift and I could check. They put it on lift call me over I’m looking and see that the skid plate is missing they have no idea where it is, we found it at the last bay where it was serviced. Extremely disappointed with the service team at Tri County Toyota! I can’t understand how this team could screw up an oil change so bad but they did. 1st oil change 7600 miles on my RAV4, took it in for its one year service. Lost time from work, now the car smells of burnt oil from the oil on the engine. Still dripping oil. Sincerely, Charles ”

“ I purchased my used vehicle from Tri County during the summer. The vehicle had 46k miles on it. I took it in for an oil change. Quoted $80. Ok. Then the gentleman sought me out and asked about a tire rotation. I said no. He said that in order for the vehicle to remain within the warranty the dealership extended that I would have to. How much? I was quoted $25 (sounds low but that is what I was told). I also asked for new wiper blades - @$30. Ok. The car was done. $230-ish. Because I was charged $75 for labor/tire rotation/10k mile check up. I have only driven it 5k miles. I feel as if I was mislead/overcharged. My previous vehicle was a used RAV4 which I purchased from TriCounty right before COVID hit, and I always took it to TriCounty for service. My current vehicle is a Cadillac. I will not be returning to TriCounty ”
